Standard Warranty
GT Radial stands behind its tires with a five-year materials and workmanship warranty. Under this warranty, GT Radial promises to replace an eligible tire, if it’s removed from service due to workmanship or materials defects.
If the tire becomes unserviceable during its first 2/32-inch of the original usable tread due to workmanship or materials warranty, the manufacturer will replace it with a comparable new one, free of charge.
On the other hand, if it’s removed from service due to workmanship or materials defects when more than 2/32-inch of its original tread is worn, GT Radial will replace it using a pro-rated adjustment.
Mileage Warranty
All new GT Radial tires are also backed by a mileage warranty. The mileage offered varies from one tire to another. Under this warranty, GT Radial will replace an eligible tire, if its tread wears out uniformly down to its treadwear indicators, without delivering the warranted mileage. All tire replacements under this warranty are done on a pro-rated basis.
Road Hazard Warranty
Some GT Radial tires such as the Maxtour LX, Maxtour All-Season, and the Champiro Touring A/S come with a road hazard warranty. Test and Drive Guarantee
GT Radial also allows you to test any of its tires for 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first. So, if you purchase a set of this company’s tires and you are not fully satisfied with their performance, you can return them to their original place of purchase.
